Some hammered bangles and...
I have been making jewelry for a while, but I have never made a bangle bracelet. This class looked like fun, so I decided to try it. I already had some heavy gauge wire that I could use, so I bought a bracelet mandrel and got to work.
Flat wire with texture from flat face of a chasing hammer:
Half round wire with texture from round face of a chasing hammer:
Square wire with texture from cross peen hammer. Also the top bracelet is triangular wire with side textures oxidized and top edge polished smooth:
I had some small wire pieces left over, so I used them to make thick rings. The one on the left has a random setting of natural colored diamonds.
Thank you Jo for a fun class that has inspired endless possibilities!
