Happy that I finally got to paint the snow fox.  Such a cute subject he is.  Although I ran into some difficulties and needed to use more white gouache than anticipated I am happy enough with the results.  I kind of like when things don’t go smoothly so I can figure out ways to improve the problem area.  This time it just turned out I used the white gouache.  I didn’t like the areas of the paper that I left on his head to use as snow, so that started the cycle of using the gouache throughout the painting.  I guess this makes it more of a mixed media painting. :) :). I wasn’t able to remove paint in some areas, so I just used the darker paint around the area instead.  I did end up really liking my background.

 This was a fantastic class Evgenia, and I must add that I love your introduction to the class.  So peaceful!  Thank you for sharing this class with all of us…Diana :)
