Scope of Product:

We are going to create an e-commerce website for Baby Product.

Long-term goal: To achieve annual sales of £200,000.

The primary user will Newborn baby’s Parent.

Problem: Finding newborn baby products in one place.

Solution: By providing them a website with the product brand name, and product category.

We know our website is working when we can receive 10 positive feedback in 1st  two months (metric to measure success)
