It’s been awhile Will.  I have been eager to circle back around to one of your classes and as always I thoroughly enjoyed myself painting this beautiful vibrant mountain.  I started learning about acrylics and have been dabbling with that medium this year as well.  Keeps me hopping!  

I recently created a color palette that includes colors I can use to create most any color.  I decided to use it for this class.  Winsor Yellow, Transp Yellow, Permanent Aliziran Red, Pyrrol Red (not used), Cerulean Blue, Ultramarine Blue, Quin Gold, Neutral Tint, Cascade Green, Winsor Blue gs.(not used).  I also used a bit of lavender and white gouache.  I got a little lost in some of my rocks, but it didn’t seem to matter with this painting, I just went with the flow and it all worked out.  The distant trees didn’t show up very good in the photo and the sky looks like it is getting stormy as I think my lighting wasn’t right when I shot the photo.  Thanks for yet another wonderful class Will!
