I was looking forward to do this project and finally received Witch Hazel today to experiment with it. Love bright deep red colour of this project, it's so juicy!

My version turned out a bit chaotic as I was too excited to try and rushed into it, so didn't think about placement of leaves in advance. 

This is my first trial and I'll give it a go again in cotton paper as in my sketchbook (Seawhite of Brighton) everything dries superfast. I am curious to see how Witch Hazel will behave on a different surface. 

Holly, thanks a lot for the enjoyable class! Will rewatch and redo it again as every time I notice something new.
