Looks great.  I really like the bullet pointed SKILLS section. That section really brings the eye to that area and goes directly to what you can offer.  I did notice that there is a lot of white empty space under your name/info section. Having a thick black line on the top of the page, and then one just above a pulled down EXPERIENCED section that is moved to the left a bit would balance out all of the white empty space.  Finishing off the expereinced section with another thick black line would structure the visuals into three sections, making the employer's eyes circle the document thus adding visual stability.  Think of the document as a photograph, you want the viewer to look at three points of interest, having her/his eyes move in a circular movement which creates an invitation to move into the photo, - or, in this case the document. After all, a resume is a visual format.  Just some visual ideas from a photographer. Sincerely, Cheryle

What an improvement, Amy! One thing to keep in mind is that when someone prints your resume there will be white space around the boxes because the ink won't print all the way to the edge. Did you try a dotted line (ie. like the one around your mark) to anchor the top and bottom? There's something about the boxes that feels heavy and a bit like a website to me -- not necessarily a bad thing, but good to try some alternatives too. Also, be careful going too light with grey scale because you want to make sure it's still easy for the reader to read/see when it's printed. Nice work!
