Relaxing arches

Great class! Loved starting off my drawing session with calm breathing. I liked lines of negativity. Writing the negative lines was very easy and finding the positive alternatives was hard but it became easier over time. I felt very empowered when I completed the positive side.

My absolute favorite was the arches exercise. So soothing and meditative to draw the arches/rainbows over and over again. I loved trying different color palettes, varying sizes, etc.
