Thanks! I've been trying to share more, and thank you for liking my creations :)  Maybe I should do a Skillshare class about the ink, haha. You may have natural French walnuts in Europe, but it's the same process. I put the brown shells and pits (not the green immature ones!) covered with water in a pan, let it boil, and then turned down the heat to a low heat for about an hour. I let it sit for about half a day, strained it through a cloth, then used it as ink! It keeps in the fridge, or you can add a few drops of isopropyl rubbing alcohol to keep it longer. I've used it with and without gum arabic (here I use it without.)  And I didn't write it here, but I made the yellow too from tamarind powder bought in the store and water strained through a cloth (a lot faster to do than the walnuts!)
