Qazi Motors Lean Six Sigma Project Using DMAIC Methodology.
- In this project I have identified and shared probable methods to eliminate the varriation and wastes in a "car repair workshop" located in a border area of Jammu and Kashmir, with the help of DMAIC methodology. I have applied the learning of "White Belt Lean Six Sigma Course by sir Ray Harkins".
