I made pulled BBQ beef for my boyfriends birthday party over the weekend. I seasoned 6lbs of roast chuck with smoked paprika and a teaspoon of liquid smoke. I cooked it for 7:30 hrs on low. Once done I removed only some of the juice because i wanted to keep it moist and added a whole bottle of Stubb's original BBQ sauce. We served it on potato buns and it was delicious! Best of all it was so easy to make! Notes: It tasted smokey and wasnt too sweet, which my boyfriend loved, but if I make it again I may try not using the liquid smoke.
