Thank you Carrie. It is truly a wonderful tutorial.  Re: Pastel Chalk It is a trick I learned from your countryman, Paul Clark. He is who I started painting with and continue painting with on You Tube. Although it probably makes those purists cringe it is very effective. I love it for taillights and reflections on rainy streets.

Thanks Charlotte! Carrie's Technique of laying down purple and blue is wonderful for depth and peep through color. I kinda screwed up on the beaks but I love that multicolor blend to turn the form on their faces.
