This project presents a Project Management Plan for the PINTAR (Pengolahan Ikan Khas Rantau Kopar) Program, a community development initiative designed to improve local economic capacity through fisheries value-added activities and circular economy implementation. The project applies fundamental project management concepts including project initiation, stakeholder management, project planning, budgeting, risk management, implementation planning, and monitoring evaluation. The objective of this project is to demonstrate how structured project management approaches can transform social research findings into an actionable and sustainable community development program.
