You have an amazing grasp of trying out different products, which is fantastic. Your Procreate projects are beautifully done with wonderful colour use. I like the bird details and how you used the brushes and colour pallet to your advantage. Your art has no boundaries and this is a good thing. If you hadn't like my cuteness project, I would never have had the pleasure of seeing all your posted art projects. Simply beautiful.

Thanks mira, I really had a lot of trouble. Im following Gabrielle's instructions directly, yet I cant get it right most of the time. For instance I couldn't get the ref the same size as the canvas. And a struggle to drop lines over things to check proportions so I ended up just eyeballing everything. The one eye was off and I couldn't figure out how to fix it so painted the whole part over. So lot of learning ahead lol. I tried a landscape as well, but of course a portrait is the one thing I will bring to a "finish" first. I used only the round brush to paint, I experimented a lot with the brushes and thought I would prefer the sketch ones, but the round brush works ok for now.

For all these things there are the typical Procreate tricks (like hold the apple pencil when you drew a line to become a straight line). There are many courses that give that kind of procreate introduction here).
And i love the round brush too! Its such an universal brush to have :) If i blend i like to use the Soft Pastel brush

First attempt with Procreate. Lots of mistakes but I enjoyed it a lot!
