I cheated a bit and used the Procreate app for my project… I did however use some brushes that simulate gouache and watercolors. I really want to love gouache but it is just NOT my medium no matter how many classes I take. My mom always loved Princess Diana and I grew up seeing her in magazines, books, news, etc. I wanted to give her that ‘illuminated medieval saint’ look. I’m pretty happy with the way it turned out. Definitely a class and subject out of my norm! Thank you for the inspiring class!
