Perspective homework phase 1
So I know this is nutty, but I didn't do my sketch on a very nice paper for watercolor. so after scanning it in I printed it at least onto some cardstock that will accept some paint. I did it quickly and you'll see some of the watercolor blooms and muddy areas due to the paper not being true watercolor but this is at least a start. and also you caee where it ran, and dripped hahahaha but I wanted to practice before finishing this because I truly want to have one like this that is something I can print on my wall. The colors in this are just fun colors as the original was basically black and white and the buildings in real life are a bit boring... but step 2....
Not sure nobody else is posting something, I'm putting myself out there in all my issues and hoping to see others who are learning alongside me but oh well...
Hope you can see this sketch good enough...
It took me awhile to really get the hang of the circles not sure why...so I moved from my sketch pad to illustrator but still did it like a sketch but could erase more easily and start again until I understood. The buildings really made sense. I think my biggest issue with the circles was getting both sides to look like they went together and got the roundness correct top and bottom. The triangles was easier. So I know this is cheating but tired of throwing pages away! Thanks for the instructions... can't wait to put into practice.
