This was a fabulous course from which I learned so much and can't wait to practice more. The quantity table in the downloadable PDF is really helpful and the semolina makes it so easy to work with the dough. This was the most delicious crust I have ever tasted! I put dried herbs into the flour when I mixed the dough to make it a little more interesting.
