I did better than I expected but I can't say the exercises were easy.  It was an eye opener to learn I can use videos to sketch from instead of just photos (duh... stop the video where you want!)  I think the eye placement is the most difficult to find and I also often started with a head that turned out to be too large or too small and I'd have to add more here and there to get the proportions right.
