Wow Christine! Beautiful painting. I particularly like the complexity and varying tone in the head and those lovely blends in the neck and body. Such a great combo of lose and detailed.

Wow!  this is gorgeous. Lovely light and structure in the spreading tail feathers - you've painted the 'eye' feathers really well too. Some beautiful blends of colours in the head and neck - I particularly like the little 'bobbly' feathers on top of his head which is just as they are - not an easy effect to capture, so well done with that. And great expression in the eye. Definitely one to frame, methinks. Your painting is going from strength to strength, I can't wait to see what you do next. haha... mine ur urs! I have such a hige backlog that i sometimes feel so overwhelming and stop... lolz... this one really pretty and i am tempted to give a try even though it seems a bit difficult for my level

It's not a very hard class,Carrie is fantastic and explained everything in great detail she also  shows her hand as she paints...what's the worst thing that could happen...you waist a piece of paper  😗😁
