I loved painting these candles. Thanks for the wonderful class, Ron. I had to crop the paintings to get them oriented correctly in Skillshare. I am trying the candles with different colors and will make them into holiday cards like your other student here. 

I am adding the cupcake lesson. Typically, I use marker paper with markers. Here I used mixed media paper. The background is a very light watercolor wash of blue mixed with an iridescent paint. I really like how it turned out. Markers can look like watercolor, but I have a lot more control over it. I’m going to try the pastel with watercolor lesson as well and will continue to post updates.
