Haha you could add some silver glitter for reflectiveness :D You chose a tricky object and you've done a good job capturing the sense of transparency. Maybe you could also try it with watercolour, sticking to one colour and working with light and dark contrast. I have another class called Draw A Glass  of Water that you may find useful if you haven't already seen it. This class was hard!! I liked it. But I’m a watercolor artist, we don’t do “real” easily.  
Maybe it needs glitter. Glitter makes everything better. lol
