What a great class! Just the thing I needed to have some focus for the year ahead.

First I brainstormed with ChatGPT about the one little word that illustrated what I would like to work on this year. The word is VORMGEVEN, which is a Dutch word (my native language), meaning literally 'Giving Shape'. As I am thinking about how to move forward in my professional life this word makes sense. VORMGEVEN also means 'designing' - so it is about desiging and shaping my professional life. I would like to make my work a bit more creative.

In my painting you see the shapes getting more and more 'shaped' as they progress in time. Each shape has a letter, that also gets more en more solid the further it goes. The black lines on the road symbolize the flow that I follow. I don't know the exact direction yet so that changes every now and then, but always following the flow. The colors are the colors of the rainbow and they lead to a strong and solid fruit tree, filled with fruits and flowers. The flow continues after this year and leads to unknown distances whith mysterious mountains and a bright sun in a blue sky. 

On the road you can also see footsteps, I take the road step by step, in a slow rithm, no rush.

Thank you again Fatih for this super inspiring class! I also like your other classes. And the beard... looks quite good on you actually. It makes you more grown up, older and wiser ;-) Goes well with this class haha.
