Here is first poster - I used four gradient color, semi transparent to achieve a glass effect. 


Second poster. I used Adobe Illustrator to create realistic handcuff model. I used preset material with many settings. The sentence slavery was created on old version of 3D. I place two seperate object ( one with material, second text only) group and export to photoshop.
