My morning routine - student project

What is my primary focus?

  • To have a slow and mindful morning, centering my energy for the day.

What habits do I want to do?

  • Make my bed, Change my clothes, Body care routine, Movement (Yoga, pilates or stretching), Sun exposure, Drink at least a glass of water, Breakfast, Take vitamins, Declutter and Organize, No screen time for at least one hour, Recheck and complete to do list of the day, Listen some music, Journaling, Reading, Creative activity (drawing, writing, etc)

What is my daily focus? // it's more like a day reserved for something specific

  • Tuesday: Self Focus - activities in my area of interest, hobbies and self dates

Ideal morning routine schedule: 

  • 7:00 am: Wake up, play music, make bed, body care routine, change clothes
  • 7:20 am: Drink a glass of water, Movement (Yoga, pilates or stretching)
  • 7:40 am: Make & eat breakfast, take vitamins
  • 8:00 am: Declutter and organize
  • 8:15 am: Sun exposure / short walk
  • 8:30 am: Write in journal (gratitude, affirmations, emotions)
  • 9:00 am: Recap to do list made the night before
  • 9:30 am: Access digital devices for work
