I enjoyed working on this project so much and managed to finish it in just a few hours. I used fabric that I had lying around so had to make do with a thicker denim fabric and a thinner cotton, which means I’m not able to fold the bag, but I knew this would happen when I started, I still wanted to see if I could make this one. It was really satisfying figuring it out. I’m not a complete beginner when it comes to sewing, but I don’t sew much. This is an awesome project with a wonderful result. I’m sure we’ll be using this bag for more than just shopping, beach bag comes to mind as it’s easy to pop in the washing machine. I’ll definitely be making more and I’m excited to use some of my own fabric designs.
