Thank You mehn! I am currently learning after effects because there is no ScreenFlow for windows.
Also I found alternatives for the apps you used for windows.

Smart move. After Effects will be a hassle to learn but I think it'll pay off!

Yaqub if you seek somethink like screenflow you can simply use camtasia. It's paid but you can use it 30 days free. 

I edit all my videos in camtasia, pretty simple one to use, not as complex and powerful as premiere but gets the job done.
