My Zipper pouches

For this project I chose not to to make the first pouch and concentrated on the last two.  I'd made a lot of the simple pouches for pencil cases and such I wanted to learn how to make a more professional looking pouch with the little touches that made it well finished.

I can't say it was an easy sew but it was a good sew.  I did learn how to do it that more polished item and that was my goal. I am also working on improving my sewing accuracy, which I know is not what it could be.  I did a fair bit of unpicking and and and to hand stitch a few things to get the accuracy I wanted.  I was pleased with the outcome and think that it will become easier as I do more.

I used some fabric I has painted in a recent face to face class. It is painted with vinyl paints so is a bit stiffer that the usual mid-weight cotton which made it ideal for these pouches.

I liked the 2nd pouch best, I like that it stands, and its a good practical size.  Thank you Luciana.
