Here is an example project to get you started. You can save the mockup from the project tab and import it into a PowerPoint. 

Resize the PowerPoint to 690 px by 388 px (px - pixels).

Create your four image variations and then arrange them into the four corners as shown in the example (as it would appear on Pinterest).
