Hi Jon,

Thank you for putting together this in depth class. I usually don’t have the patience to test out all of the features in a brush but this has helped me a lot especially when sliders don’t seam to do anything. I now have a few brushes that are really tailored to the way I work.

I really enjoy working with a semi dry chiseled tip marker so I made the Chiseled Ink brush mimic that as close as I could. I use it to sketch and also do final line work. It’s my favorite.

I also used the Ink Workhorse do strengthen the line quality and do some crosshatching. The Soft Painter works really nice filling areas with a soft paper texture. I created some stippled brushes too for shading and blending. They are all pretty basic but the work well for what I need. 

I look forward to doing some exploring in the color settings of the brush studio as I didn’t pay very much attention to that section yet. I kept the art monochromatic to fit the theme of the character. It’s a poster for Wednesday the new tv series on Netflix. I posted the full version on Instagram .
