Hello, my name is Mutiara. I'm from Indonesia. 

I currently work at the University and I work as a Marketing Communication that including handle about Digital Marketing, Public Speaking, Marketing Strategy, Marketing Analyst, and many more. I wanna have a big change and targets for my self in 3 - 5 years later that can make me developing my skills, or maybe my potential for the next career vision because I feel I haven't get got the achievement in my current work situation.

I always feel like "I never get something do the best" even another people said to me that I always be the best for them.

In this situation, I wanna keep my business development skills, especially on Marketing Strategy & Analyst. I love my critical and open minded thinking that always keep on me when I had discussion with other people, and its my strengths.

As you know, I'm an extrovert that I like having communication or discuss with other people, I like meet the new one. I like the sociality. I'm a very organized person, everything must be well planned, organized and realized. Time in my opinion is very important for my life, I always plan every day I have to finish everything in one time.

Sometimes, I was thinking about "I wanna be a Technocrat and Businesswoman". For to be a Businesswoman, I think its not too difficult because I learn about How to make some marketing strategiest and still relate of my skills. But when i was thinking about to be a technocrat, i have to learn from zero about IT.

I think, work with the teams is very helpful for me. We can divide the tasks according to the composition of each other. We can backup the task on each other, but if one person of our teamwork can't work together well, it's better if I do it myself until I finished it without her/his help.

As a marketing communication, I like work at the outside, but sometimes when I have to make some marketing strategy or analyst it, I prefer work at the office/home, I think its more focus than I work at the outside. I like work at co-working tho! Its very comfort.

Now, I very very like to follow some courses motivation from Skillshare, its very very helpful me to arrange and manage my life, especially my career.
