I had a lot of fun doing this map of Moomin Valey. I love Tove Jansson's work and I watch  Moomin's cartoons everytime I want to slow down an relax a bit. I would love to visit this peaceful but nontheless adventurous and exiting place one day.

In this illustration I used watercolour and a hard felt point pen. I tried to persue the "off-print" style as shown in the class because I love this old picture book kind of aesthetic, and because the original Moomin comics had this characteristic. I limited my pallet to 3 desaturated colours and a highlighted one to create contrast.
