I love this theme and color scheme -- good work!

Hi Em, and wow this is sooo cool!! Your PNW Hike theme is so unique and fun! I love the soft colors and the way you pulled each piece together with your theme and color palette. The map, the picnic blanket, the backpack, and all the other elements including the leafy stems really tell your story so well. I love that you changed some things around each time. It's like turning the page of a book and seeing something new like the compass, feather, twig, etc. I can't get over how beautifully painted each item is and though you say you had a hard time committing, you were obviously very committed to this theme! The mushroom, pine cones, magnifying glass, flowers, and the beautiful bird, just wow... And everything pops perfectly on that charcoal background. Thanks so much for taking the extra time to explore your theme so deeply and be so thoughtful about telling this story. I wish I could see this become a game, or make it into a magazine editorial about PNW Hiking. Great job!!

Aw, thanks so much! The elements were so fun to create. Just getting back from a road trip through the desert and thought perhaps I’d create a desert mood board too. Really enjoyed this class of yours and I guess that shows ~ appreciate all of the inspiration! Take care :)

I really enjoyed experimenting with the ideas in this class! I had a hard time committing..and took a few photos after moving pieces around. Thank you Chris, for another great class! My theme is Pacific Northwest Hike :)
