This class offered a refreshing approach to landscape painting. I enjoyed the balance of structured steps with looser techniques. I loved adding the finishing touches and feel inspired to keep practicing these methods. I’d recommend this class to students with some painting experience, as techniques like wet-on-wet may be challenging to start with on this scale. I also appreciated the teacher's personal connection to the subject—it added a nice, heartfelt touch to the class and will inspire me to continue to paint things that hold personal meaning for me too.
