Monica's Morning Routine (Jan 2024) - student project

MORNING ROUTINE:

01)  Thank the universe for everything as soon as I open my eyes

02)  Get up at 6 a.m. in summer and say ''Todaywill be a great day'' as soon as my feet touch the floor

03)  Drink 2 glasses of water (500 ml)

04)  Play a personal development audiobook/podcast/interview

05)  Do some stretching exercises on the carpet in my living room

06)  Have a shower while listening an audiobook (30-60 min)

07)  Prepare a healthy breakfast for me and my dog (coffee only on weekends) and enjoy it

08)  Check my work/productivity diary for the day

09)  Put the book I'll read (in the afternoon) on my desk (10-15 pages per day)

10)   Get ready to go out for a hike with my doggie clients

COVER PHOTO:   Preparing a doggie client's breakfast.  Dogs need healthy meals too.  Fruits dogs can eat:  banana, apple, strawberries, watermelon, blueberries.  Vegetables dogs can eat:  carrots, cucumber.  Proteins:  boiled eggs (they all love it!).
