Hey Franck! I felt the same thing when I worked in corporations (I have a background in research and engineering). I did not like the way the companies I worked in treated their employees.I hope your business is doing well. Running a business is so difficult, and it takes time to get the exponential growth. My business coach says, there is a stage before the exponential growth called " the valley of disappointment" where you put in a lot of work but don't see the result right away. (I am in the valley right now) I don't think you are a failure. I think you are learning, progressing, and you are on a journey.I hope you are doing better!Best, Prachi.
