This was a very long project but a lot of fun! Here was my process:

Step 1: collecting inspiration from my camera roll

Step 2: lettering, then sketching and color blocking

I decided to include a turtle because we saw several while snorkeling, along with so many fish, palm trees and coconut water, a small fishing boat, and a plover.

Step 3: add some vintage effects

 

I'll be printing this out and giving a physical copy to the friends I went on this trip with. :)
