Melissa, this meal plan is great! Posting it here will surely make you more accountable. I would love to hear how it goes once you follow it. Keep track of the things that you enjoy, the frustrations you experience, and that will help you tweak your plan accordingly. Once you have a week that you enjoy, you can then maybe create another week with different recipes. It's not necessary but most likely you will get bored of eating the same every week :-) Although I do know people who eat the same thing every day and they are happy ;-)There is no right or wrong.Can't wait to read how it goes Melissa.Thank you so much for sharing.Emilio

I used a PicMonkey template for the meal plan. I don't have room for a big board. I'm going to try to stay one week ahead, so it will help me with shopping.
