Meditation log

Day 1 - guided meditation:

Before:

During: calm, concentrated

After: huh, shorter than I thought, but calm

 

Day 2

Before: a bit stressed, underground is quite full and hot

During: which cool air should go into my nose? It's as warm as the outgoing air... but anyway getting calm and could hold concentration on breath despite noisy train

After: calmer, a bit tired

 

Day 3

Before: fuzzy, no plan what to do

During: calm, but hard to concentrate on breath and voice, Rain in the background helped a bit

After: still fuzzy and no plan foe the evening, but a bit calmer

 

Day 4

Before: energized, happy

During: calm, calm music would habe been better today, the voice was more disturbing than calming. Focus on breath was easy today

After: calmer, ready for the evening

 

Day 5

Before: brain is exhausted after work today

During: troubles to remember to keep eyes shut and also having a hard time to relaxe the bodyparts (feeling no difference)

After: a bit more energized and clearer but still exhausted brain

 

Day 6

Before: exhausted, fast paced

During: relaxed, but mind was wandering quite much

After: slower paced, still exhausted, feel a bit more able to get productive

 

Day 7

Before: beginning headache, feeling overwhelmed by the work to do

During: calm, almost falling to sleep

After: head is a bit better, I'll manage the last hour of work
