I had really fun creating this project, I thing I went a bit crazy with the decoration strokes :-)

I found an old

Handbook of Ornaments

on Flickr, its a while ago, so I don't remember how I managed to download the whole book...

I took 2 elements out of it, put them on the guide you provided and used vertical symmetry throughout the whole drawing process.
