In Chicago, unique up high perspectives abound, from the Sky Deck, to office windows and roof tops.  Love seeing shots come through my feed from other Instagrammers.  I'm always left wondering, "How did they get that?"  Always pushed to find out.   This particular shot was taken on a roof overlooking The Magnificent Mile (Michigan Avenue) at dusk.  Bokeh laden head lights at rush hour on the most popular street in Chicago and shot from above, provides a perspective that cannot be achieved at ground level.  For a black and white view, click Here.  Thanks for reading!
