This was a fun class. I did my final layer with ink rather than watercolor. This was my first time using qouache; putting that layer smoothly over the watercolor wasn't as easy as I thought it would be. I wanted the underlying colors to show through and that didn't quite work out as the qouache wanted to mix with the colors rather than lie on top, (too much water?) but it was a good way to experiment so it's all good!
