I had Mellencamp’s song Pink Houses running through my head and felt the irony of how my HOA won’t let us paint our houses these fun colors. Anyway, this was a fun piece that ended up much brighter and more defined than I wanted to do. I’m going to try another soon and make it more muted and soft.
