1. How many distinct shades of colour can our eyes see?
According to researchers, human beings can see as many as seven millions shades of distinct colours.
2. What was sacrificed in order to allow an increased capacity to process colour?
Supposedly, other senses have been sacrificed.
3. What are the 3 factors impacting our perception of colour?
Light, culture, time/zeitgeist.
4. Give one example from your maternal language (with translation) where a colour is used to express a feeling.
"Weiße Mäuse sehen" = Wahnvorstellungen haben, sich etwas einbilden //
"Seeing white mice" = having delusions, to hallucinate
5. If you wanted to dim down the energy in a room, which colours would you chose for the walls?
Dark, desaturated colours.

Bright, vivid colours.

Isolation, loss of identity, without daylight loss of the sense of time too, hallucinations, psychotic breaks.
