Left legged

This week was tough! I have pes cavus (the middle of my foot doesn't touch the ground at all) though I was surprised at how much balance I could achieve by pushing my weight into my thighs and activating the thigh muscle.
I realised my balance is a lot better in my left leg (which seems strange to me because I'm right-handed? not sure if they're related haha)
I need to gather more flexibility in my back to do downward dogs properly, looking forward to next weeks session on hamstrings! Feeling lighter and improved mental clarity because of today's session.
