Learn to Meditate - student project

Doing this course is that I want to make a new daily life routine.

To have more inner peace in my mind, and on my body.

 

This course was so great when you are a beginner!

Right now I will always meditate for 5 min per day.

After 5 min of meditation, I feel very mindfulness and my mind feels very light, instead of all lot of thoughts and stress.
