Laura Leon Project
Of the changes mentioned, I think one of the ones I apply the most is being flexible with things that can be negotiated, and even giving the customer other options that are good for them and acceptable to us as a company. Another one might be putting myself in the customer's shoes, having empathy, and recognizing that each customer has different needs. Also, being someone who breaks the rules— Sometimes I helped customers with things that might have been outside of business hours, for example, but that could add value to my work and make the customer satisfied with the company.
It is important to know the sector and recognize how my skills can be adapted to it.
As a customer, I once went for some medical tests and, after the tests, they gave me breakfast, something that not everyone does, and that made me feel very good. They cared for their customers in a very kind way.
