This tutorial stopped me in my tracks and spurred me into purchasing Neocolor II (water soluable wax pastels) and do I ever love them. I used basic brush watercolor techniques for most of the work and used the pastel pencils for details and more color. Thanks so much for introducing me to this wonderful medium! I'm sure I'll be bringing them out often.
