Here's a peek into my Content Idea Dump inside Notion. If only you could see my entire Notion page, I literally dump every content idea that pops into my head into this Notion page, then come back to it when it's content planning time. This is how I build my muscle in spotting potential content ideas for my brand or my clients (this is how I never run out of things to say 😆) Not every idea comes to life though, some gets approved and some may be for later, and some ideas are deleted.

 

For proper organization, I do categorize them depending on the topic it covers (for example, digital marketing, for my personal brand, and so on). Then, I put a brief description of what each piece of content would cover, so I won't get confused later on. Finally, I also tag ideas if they're approved or not.
