I drink wine fairly regularely, and enjoyed this class as an intro to paying more attention :) I'm a designer so I can't ignore the labels, and also couldn't help visualizing my notes. We had this bottle in the house so I used what was available.

Great take-aways for me were paying more attention to the smell and the stages of taste. I really look forward to expanding my vocabulary and exploring more wines! Thanks Gary!
