I think this was the hardest painting I've made so far. I can only agree with the others that all these folds were really difficult!

This was also the first time I tried my new paper, and I found it quite amazing how different paper can feel although the general specs might be the same. It felt a lot softer when "my brush hit the paper", which was more difficult for me, but I guess it's mostly a matter of getting used to new supplies. I'm stunned every time by all these (little) differences when I get something new, but maybe I'm just a really over-sensitive painter :-) It's fun, though, to continuously discover something new!
