Dear Ms. Lina,

I hope you are doing well.

My name is Rita Sar, and I am writing on behalf of the Career Center Paragon International University

We are organizing a career workshop for students on “Building Your First Professional Brand” on October 15, 2026. The session will focus on CV preparation, LinkedIn profiles, networking, and preparing for job interviews.

We would be delighted to invite you to join us as a guest speaker and share your experience in the marketing industry with our students.

The workshop will take place from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at our university campus. We expect around 50 students from different business-related programs to attend.

Please let us know if you would be available to join us. We would be happy to provide more details about the session and the topics we would like to cover.

Thank you for considering our invitation. We look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,
Samretrita Sar
